AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2023 AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THERETO FOR THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI.

WHEREAS, the Mayor has presented to the Board of Alderman an amendment to the budget for the fiscal year beginning on January 1, 2023, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The annual budget for the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023, and ending December 31, 2023, which was passed by the Board of Alderman shall be amended; a copy of which is attached hereto and made part hereof as is fully set forth herein, having been heretofore submitted by the City Clerk is hereby adopted.
Section 2: Funds are hereby appropriated for the objects and purposes of expenditures set forth in said budget.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Aldermen.
Section 4: Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Read two times and passed this 13th day of December, 2023.
