ORDINANCE 738
AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE GRADES OF THE ROADWAYS OF RELOCATED STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 71 AND STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE A, AND REPEALING PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. That the centerline grade of all roadways and ramps of relocated State Highway 71 and Route A within the city limits are hereby established to be in accordance with the plans approved by the State Highway Commission of Missouri and filed with the City Clerk.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
Read three times and passed this 25th day of February 1969.
